How old do I have to be to get tattooed in Florida?
You need to be 18 years of age. Or your parents can sign a consent form. provided by us or the health department. If you are under 18 years of age and your parents agree to sign this form , you must be minimum of 16 years of age and have valid state issued photo I.D. Also minor must parent present during your tattoo session
